THE REAL REASON SOME BLACKS LEFT DETROIT!.

News reporters and of the like will have the world to believe that Detroit's population decline has a lot to do with crime on the rise and Detroit's inability to provide city services. This can't be further from the truth!. Crime in Detroit is selective not random!. To say Detroit has random crimes gives a false depiction of a city in chaos! However, to report that crime is selective gives a more understanding and less violent depiction of Detroit. Many left Detroit, because of the un willingness of our city hall to help Detroiter's keep down blight in their neighborhoods. The media continues to report about the blight in Detroit neighborhoods, but never report to the world how citizens who live in those same blighted area's has on numerous times petitioned the city of Detroit to purchase blighted property, but was blocked by  non-residents of Detroit working in Detroit city hall and government!. This is and have always been the underline problem to why Detroiter's are denied the request to make their own neighborhoods safe,clean and blight free. This is why residency is so important! This is why Dennis A. Archer allowed the state of Michigan to strip Detroit of it's residency so that racist politicians along with suburban residents can and will always have a mighty hand in every function of Detroit city government. There are a number of black folks who wanted to and petitioned the city of Detroit to make things better, the problem with that was, those individuals actually had the money to make it happen. The other problem is, Michigan is 100% racist against any black ownership of or in Detroit! When Billionaire Don Barden and King of pop Michale Jackson submitted a plan for Detroit's river front, they were blocked by then Mayor Dennis A. Archer, who said " I refuse to make a rich black man richer! ", who just so happen to be black himself, and rich!. Yes world! Don Barden and Michale Jackson offered to re-develop Detroit's river front, without any city or state dollars. The plan was to put an amusement park and shopping malls and such on Detroit's river front. Sorta like what we see today however, those plans did not include dis-placing thousands of poor black children and families to remote parts of the city to accomplish this. Walsh Construction Detroit's oldest black owned and operated land developers pay's more business taxes then anybody, has less city work then any other contractor and our city continues to shit on that company!.The lie is " Detroit can't handle it's own city and finances " the truth is " Detroit can and has the people living in Detroit who are more then capable, but to allow them access means the demise of racist politicians and suburban interest in Detroit which means Michigan will starve!. Detroit is the money pot of Michigan!. Where ever there are a large portion of African-Americans living, best believe there are large numbers of federal dollars right there with them. Now to the defense of the residents, it is not there fault that someone in detroit city government has for the last 15 years sent back millions of federal dollars allocated to programs that help in the areas of education, and job development for low-income families and children( i bet that person is not a resident of detroit ). The point is, the amount of federal dollars allocated to the suburbs are no where near as handsome as the dollars allocated to urban cities. ( I would love to meet the ass wipe who keep sending that money back ) This is why emergency managers were created. The most subtle and craftiest way to control all that money and everything it pay's for including education!. Now world, there are some key player's who have remained instrumental in assuring that this plan to dis-place and deprive women, children and poor families of African descent  in Detroit and other urban cites will be well funded, does these names ring a bell? Penske, Karmanos. Whirlpool, DTE, Gilbert, Illitch ? So it is clear that when your city is systematically being destroyed one may feel like the only next move is to move!. Many citizens left Detroit, because lack of support from law-enforcement, when community policing. This is vital to a neighborhood's stability!.I can understand cutting police and fire personnel in certain suburban cities, because the crime and fire statistics are so low that, those cities can survive with less man power, but to close down 4-5  firehouses in a major city where statistics show the probability of a fire is at lest 60%, is not only racist, but criminal!. Now when I meet people and they tell me they left Detroit, because of crime, the first thing I ask is, " what happened to you"?. That person will then say " nothing happened to me, but I am not going to sit around and wait for something to happen ", now apparently this person has been sold on the idea that crime in Detroit is so bad that he could be the next victim of a crime. So I challenged him and a few others to think about this, if Detroit is so bad and crime plagued and there are no police and fire and city services suck, then why is there such a massive suburban migration happening in Detroit?. pt 2. coming soon

PT.1 DETROIT NEVER NEEDED TO BE SAVED, GOV. SNYDER TOLD THAT LIE, TO RAPE DETROIT

Urban Sprawl has back fired on the Caucasian and sell out Negroes in a way un-imaginable to the Caucasian mind set!. Their abandonment of Detroit has returned to slap the Caucasian in the face!. A report was released supporting data that claims that the suburbs spend more money on gas fuel, tires, and vehicle repairs. The distance from their new comfy suburbs to their jobs in dangerous ass Detroit has become a thorn in the flesh of those who thought moving 45min away from Detroit to live away from that black populace was the best idea for them and their families. First, the world need to know, that on Detroit's East Side sits one of the most beautiful river fronts in America!. The problem with this beautiful river front is, the entire front is populated with low-income families, particularly African-Americans. Many who have stayed in Detroit through the good and bad times. Many who have obtained jobs with local manufactures and decided not to take their $15hr and move to the suburbs, but rather stay in the city that they were born and raised in. When the suburbs was built, they were not designed with longevity in mind!. The homes in the suburbs though some may have swimming pools, 4 car garages, manicured lawns and clean roads, that's nothing compared to the massive flood damage done to those plush homes,roads and swimming pools when it storms, because of lack of a functioning sewage system, something that is only enjoyed  in the city of Detroit. The biggest problem Caucasian Michigan has with Detroiters is, Detroit political leadership has managed to run Detroit well! well without Caucasian influence for more then 30 years!. For 30 years Detroit has been on the incline, not decline. No city can be on a path of insolvency for 50 years and not fall or collapse for at least 1 of those 50 years. When Gov. Snyder say's " Detroit has been long over due for this " that is his way of saying " for 50 years we  Caucasians has been blocked out and from running anything politically in Detroit, and want back in! " If Detroit was doing so bad financially, for so long then keep in mind there were 3 governors before this ass whole and not one ever declared such an emergency. Gov Snyder is you typical racist! do not let his appointment of African-American into the position of Emergency Mangers fool you into thinking that he is not racist, every plantation owner need cooperative niggas. Which is why the state of michigan did not moved to seize Detroit 30 years ago when it was so called headed to insolvency . At that time Coleman A. Young was mayor and the black politicians 30 years ago would have stood firm with Coleman A Young in insuring the state of Michigan or suburban hands will never take over or corrupt Detroit. I challenge the world, when Caucasians say there is a problem, triple check it, then quadruple check it 4 more times!. It was Gov. Snyder who said Detroit  was financially messed up, not financial reports, not an audit, not an forensic audit, not a study, but a Gov. who knew the only way to justify his racism and robbery and dis-placement of poor black families in Detroit was to lie about the finances of Detroit. Yes Gov Snyder is a liar!. A spoiled brat, and one who is so melanin deficient that i give him, til age 60 before skin cancer make his self apparent to Gov Snyder. If a city is broke then fix it!, but if you have to break it to justify why you should be the one who fix it, then you are a big problem!. Gov. Snyder's way of solving problems, is make bigger problems! If there is no chaos, Gov. Snyder will create chaos, then petition to solve the chaotic problem he made!. Gov. Snyder seems to have a hard on for poor black children, I mean to cut over 40,000 poor black children from welfare cash assistance and leave those children with out the basic necessities to survive should tell the world out side of Michigan, what kind of dragon Detroit is dealing with in the person of Gov. I have always wondered, what would entice a suburban Caucasian male/female to leave their comfortable, plush, safe and clean suburban life style for a 12hours a day, almost 7 days a week job in what is believed to be the lowest paid in the state and just so happen to be located in the most dangerous city in the state as of all things a public safety officer?. The new's report first said " Detroit's are being stopped and then robbed by fake police officer's ", low and behold, these officer's were not fake police!, they are real police officer's, off duty!. Wow! what a way to spend your time off such a dangerous job, masquerading as the perps you were previously arresting no less then 2 hours ago. Now many would say that " not all Caucasian men on the police department are not like those guy's that were arrested " I contend otherwise, I mean why should we think differently of them, when Caucasian policemen profile all black men in the same light?. To be a police officer by day then rob the citizens by night takes an amount of disrespect and dis-regard for a populace that mirrors that of the treatment of blacks during the civil rights movement in the south. To rob those people under a mask at 1am then pull them over at 4pm driving a police cruiser and wearing a police uniform is a pure slap in the face of public safety!. I now have to apologize to that "hooker "  who recognized my face from a publication and said to me " I seen you on a local show talking about police mis- conduct and I am repeatedly  raped by Caucasian men on the police department, i have no re-dress because I am a prostitute, but it is not a night that goes by except for when I am on my period that these same detroit police officers and multiple( but always the same 5 ) wayne county sheriffs arrest me and other girls take us far rape us! " I told her " D.P,D has it's problems, but not those kind of problems ". You know with my vast knowledge of the nature of that beast, I of all should have known that she was telling the truth!. This will make one think " how long has this been going on? how many more people were robbed before we found out about the most recent robberies? How many of those robberies had turned into homicides, because a person refused to obey fake cops?.  How many more police officers partake in this same activity?. The new police chief who lives inside a gated community in the back of another gated community, has vowed that he will clean up the streets of detriot, I say no chief!, start with your own house!.

You know, Janice Winfrey is right, because the average  voter still thinks that Jackie Curry is still the clerk. Wow! Janice Winfrey has managed to keep a electorate ignorant while collecting a pay check, what a deal!. During the debate between  Janice Winfrey and D.Etta Wilcoxn, the chief topic seemed to be about the 60,000 votes Janice Winfrey refused to make her staff and workers count, because they were as she said " to tired " during the Dave Bing vs. Tom Barrow mayoral race. Yes it is very possible that Dave Bing lost the election!. Janice Winfrey could not render a proper excuse for not counting 60,000 votes.  How ever, between the two, Dave Bing would be more willing to continue the path of destruction that Dennis Archer had paved for Detroit, so to help Dave Bing in his efforts to be mayor  Janice Winfrey refused to count 60,000 votes. D.Etta Wilconx had brought attention the fact that the clerk's office has a handsome budget to educate Detroit voters, yet all the citizens get is a bill board saying " VOTE IT'S YOUR RIGHT " 3 months before election time.. Now Janice Winfrey response was " Billboards are educational ", (now if you live on planet earth, you know that billboards are not the best form of voting education, you cannot convey such importance on a billboard, and expect someone driving by in their car doing 40 miles a hour to get the message). I thought that was stupid of City Clerk Janice Winfrey to respond with such arrogance and nothing at all to back her claim. In the grass roots community, it has always been widely agreed that Janice Winfrey is one of Detroits biggest problems, hell the year she is up for re-election she is the sitting clerk, so it' no wonder that she would always be an incumbent in the clerks office  When you refuse to count 60,000 votes in essence dis-enfranchising 60,000 voters, you should be charged and jailed! Challenger D.Etta Wilcoxn has a dam good chance of un-seating Janice Winfrey, so Janice Winfrey has done everything in her power to deny D. Etta Wilcoxn her right to have her name on the ballot, by presenting spiteful challenges and even though the courts ruled in favor of Wilcoxn, Winfrey still refuse to follow court order's!.Mayoral candidate Tom Barrow called for Janice Winfery to " step down and resign! ", Keep in mind Janice ain't stupid, she knows that every one running is well aware of her crooked dealings in the clerks office and are going to either replace her or petition for her removal should that person get elected. Now I don't know what Janice's idea of educating people is, but if the average person don't know who you are, then how can you say you do great job as a clerk?. Janice is in a great position, the one who counts the votes!, I believe she is well paid to do what she does, some one paid her and her staff handsomely to not count those 60,000 votes. Hey it may not been in the form of check or even cash, the way these people operate, gifts come in the form of perks un-seen. USING FINANCES AS A CONDUIT TO DESTROY THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS!

As the world sat and watched 83 counties out of 86 vote no on  prop 4 " THE EMERGENCY MANAGER LAW " in the michigan 2012 nov election, everyone in Michigan was waiting on the out come of this proposition and the clarity it being voted down will finally bring forth, who knew then that Gov Snyder had already prepared to dis-enfranchise everybody!. The talk about Detroit and insolvency is a pure lie!, however, to rape Detroit of it's assets, a lie have to be crafted!. Keep in mind, we are where we are at today, because it was that dragon Gov Rick Snyder who looked at a financial report and made this dumb move against Detroit. Now also bear in mind, if Detroit or any city has been " kicking the can " or been headed for" insolvency " for decades, then why haven't the previous Governors been declared the same " Financial Emergencies "?. A Financial Manager should only deal with finances only!, to use those finances as a conduit to exercise powers only enjoyed by elected officials is pure criminal!. If you really think about it, a financial manger, is a person who can tell you if you have enough money to function or if you don't have enough money , that person now has used his/her dealings in finances as a reason to abrogate, and re-direct the entire function, a total over step of boundaries!. Oh sure the world isn't that pissed, hey so far these " EMERGENCY MANAGERS " are appointed over cites that just so happen to be, geographically located on river fronts and 95% African-American. The school districts are African-American and public schools, where these destroyers of Democracy are appointed over. Kevin Orr nor has the state of michigan done anything significant in so called " helping detroit ". If detroit is so broke and headed to insolvency and can't afford to pay creditors, then how in hell can Kevin Orr afford to pay consultants 1,000's per hour, to so called " help detroit ". Kevin Orr made detroit look financially bad to justify his illegal appointment and expeditious filing of bankrupt. Detroit has lot's of money and a surplus that other cities in Michigan do not and probably will never have. Politicians in lansing knows that Detroit votes black and democratic! and Detroit basically is a must if you want to be the Governor of Michigan and in most cases  Detroit will call the election, so a plan was needed to suppress that voting base!. What better way to do it then make their elected officials powerless!. Make mockery of their elected officials to the point that the general public will be so focused on their coonery, that they will never see us slip this creature right before them. It worked! People was so mad that Monica Conyers called Kenneth Cokrel " SHREK" that they allowed Gov. Snyder to introduce and appoint a creature far worse then " SHREK ". Apparently Kevin Orr may be a financial manager, but he is no financial wiz!. Kevin Orr knew he was going to file bankruptcy anyway, he just needed enough time to secure lucrative contracts for the law firm he formerly worked for and who ever else gov, snyder decided can have detroits assets. Kevin Orr must know that privatization is never the answer for democratic problems.  I am not the biggest fan of democracy, I am also know fan of theft and lies!. Have anyone noticed that when you ask this attorney name Kevin Orr why is he breaking the law, his only response is " it's the right thing to do " when Orr was interviewed on a fox program the person interviewing him said to him " if you knew already  that the michigan constitution protects detroit employees pension then why are you still going after the pension? " Orr's response "it has to be done " or something to that effect .Now So far these emergency managers appointments have left cities in far worse of a condition then that city was before the appointments.  Former emergency manager of the detroit public schools dumb ass Robert Bobb, left the district so messed up, that the current dumb ass, had to dismantle the detroit public schools and if you ask me that was their way of covering the first ass whole's mistake!. When the state of Michigan first took over the detroit public schools, the district was not in the red nor was headed in that direction. The detroit public schools had a handsome surplus!. So another lie was crafted to get that money. The officials are stealing, yet til this day only 2 maybe no more then 10 people were convicted of stealing money. So who or what made the public believe the lies?, it was the news stations!, Remember when the news showed dumb ass Robert Bobb at a school, in a room in that school, and showed the public, laptops, ipads,computers,ect still in that room in a school and said the administrators stole the stuff, yet every thing dumb ass found was still inside the school, on school grounds?. Now I am the first to admit that our district and school board members wasn't the sharpest knives in the drawer at that time, but they were smart enough to keep suburban hands off detroits money and would never approve money leaving our district, so that dirty white bitch at that time gov.Jenifer Granholm and her Candian friends who wanted so bad to take detroits money that she crafted a lie so she would be justified in her appointing a person who would render our school board members powerless against anything her dirty caucasian ass wanted. Bottom line, if it is going to take marches and court cases for our federal government to move against these emergency managers and bring forth criminal charges against the governors who appoint them, when even on it's face it is not a creature of democracy allow this to continue then maybe their  making more money too with these appointments?. Former Sec. of State Hillary Clinton said " Gaddafi has to go because his people are not happy with his leadership " 1 week later Gaddafi was dead!., shit we here in michigan are very tired of gov snyder's leadership, yet he still lives.

WITH OUT BLACK LABOR, MICHIGAN MANUFACTURING WILL FALL!

It is no secrete that, the Detroit Workforce are the driving force of Suburban Michigan. While Detroit is the Motor City, the actual components of that motor are not made or built in Detroit. I wonder would  vehicles have the same selling power if the ad said " Made In Troy" or " Made in Sterling Heights "  or " Made In Brownstown "? I think those cars would sit much longer on the show room floors. Let's be honest, the Suburbs do not have a labor pool of it's own so the suburbs has to depend on 80% of it's work force to come from some where else. I say the suburbs, because when a company in the suburbs is producing products, that drive up the suburban tax base, not the tax base in which those workers are from. It is not that the suburbs don't have the work force, from seeing this with my own eye's, that for the Caucasian manufacturing is not their idea of the American dream, which is why a company work force will be 20% Caucasian and 80% African-American, with the Caucasians holding 99% of the skill trades, minor and major supervisory positions in the average " plant ".in Michigan. Companies know with out black labor the machines will not run 24/7!.Oh sure with in the last 20 years we have noticed an influx of arabic speaking people and latino's working in the " plants " however, if you worked in the " plants " with those groups, you know that you have a way different approach to everything regarding work and see things way different when it comes to certain work issues. With that being said African-Americans are still at least 92% of the labor in any " plant ". If Detroit don't go to work the suburbs will suffer! The temp agencies would close with in weeks and the production schedules of the " plants " will bring logistics to a screeching halt!.While working in the " plants " I often wonder, what would happen if Detroit workers rejected temp services, staffing firms and of the like as sources of employment and forced companies to hire direct and move to Detroit!. It would devastate the manufacturing industry. It also will show Detroiters the power they have in labor, without a union, just uniting for one common cause. With this type of power one can demand that, if i am to travel to the suburbs, i want no less then $15 per hour starting ). I often looked around and said " dam we have the numbers to do this ". I often thought that this company thinks so little of me that they pay me a low wage and expect me  to travel far and perform as if I am getting paid what a regular worker get paid?, no wonder job turn over in the suburbs is off the charts. Hey I learned this much, if a company has a revolving door, 9 times out of  10 it is not the employee's. With out the black labor S.M.A.R.T Transportation will begin to see a massive drop in ridership, if The Detroit Work Force stood against going to far to work. Now while one may ponder the few hundreds they may loose on the weekly taking a stand, I encourage that same person to ponder how many millions that " plant " is loosing for every minute your not there. The Detroit Work Force must begin to re-tool!, Hey there are no jobs any way so what better time to re think ones approach to employment, especially employment that is more of a burden then support. Then my friends, i woke up from my break.Black labor remains to be the back bone of labor and with out that bone, no body can stand. I have seen the in balance of power in the " plant " I have also witnessed, black folks selling each other out for favorable position under Caucasians in the " plant " which in most cases only brought that person maybe 4 more days of employment then the person he or she sold out. Now one of the main reasons we don't see the plants with more nationalities on the work force, is not because of legal issues, those groups refuse t build something that cost 30,000 to 80,000 and only get $10 per hr, if those groups get legal, it will be worth the paper work!.The biggest problem is, Michigan Manufacturing knows that they have black folks right where they want them, regarding manufacturing, but woe! unto Michigan manufacturing industry if those blacks ever woke up!.

TEMP AGENCIES AND STAFFING FIRMS ARE THORNS IN THE FLESH OF THE WORKER!

Temporary Services and Staffing Firms and of the like has been a thorn in the flesh of the American worker. So much of a workers time is being wasted on the notion that I will be hired in, so as long as I do good!. However, a poll conducted proves that doing good, is not good enough!. The only reason why temp agencies and staffing or leasing firms have a large work force, is because largely of the false advertising these 3rd party robbers perpetuate to the public. Every worker who is waiting on some temp services list to be called to work, only applied at that particular temp service, because that temp service put out an ad that said " NOW HIRING! 100 POSITIONS! " this ad will entice the most un-inspired job seeker to apply. How ever, there is a big problem!. When you finally got a ride or caught 4 S.M.A.R.T buses to make it to the temp service or staffing firm, after filling out that hour long application, submitting a drug test, the account rep for that temp service or staffing firm will tell you " oh that position is not open or available yet, were just trying to make sure we have the workers so when our client  needs workers we will call you " now if you knew law, that is false advertising!.  The ad should actually read if the agencies were smart " now hiring for a future position in the detroit area " this way a worker will not assume that there is something ready for them upon completing the application. " NOW HIRING! "  say's to the human mind that the job is ready and available right now! " NOW HIRING! " does not mean, a worker filled out the application and now is on a 2-3week waiting list, I am quite sure that this is not the average job seeker idea of " NOW HIRING! ".. The temp agencies, staffing firms or leasing firms offer no real or meaningful job stability!. many workers are at work right now, thinking within themselves  " this many more days and i'm finally up in this bitch! ", yet something happened!. Here comes the excuse's when you ask your supervisor " hey i been here more than 90 days and i am still a temp " the supervisor will say something to this effect " the company is not hiring right now " so hold up, now at the temp service, staffing, or leasing firm, the worker was told that after 90 days you get hired in!. The American worker was fooled! by these temp services and staffing and leasing firms! hired in within 90 day's can mean a worker can be hired within the first week of working or the 90ieth week of working, but shit, no worker was counting on 2- 3 years, waiting to get hired in that company. Now the average slave minded, stupid, really don't give a dam about there own existence worker will say " at least i'm still working some where " dumb ass, you are working somewhere, where your years of dedication and service can be snatched away from you just, because some supervisor was on some bullshit, or you was late 2 times out of the whole 2-3years you worked there.  Our poll showed that there are a large number of workers who was suppose to been hired in 5 years ago. Yet when a worker is tired of being pimped, by the temp agency and that companies human resources department and fight for that company to honor what that company told that temp or staffing service, all of a sudden, you get a call from the temp or staffing service saying " oh the company is cutting back and don;t need you right now " now they know that you are pissed off!, so then they smooth it over by saying to you " i have you first to be called when they get back up and running! " and you hang up the phone thinking like yeah i'll be back. Yes, you will be back, the question is when? and where?, because keep in mind, before the rep hung up the phone he or she said these words " so until they call i'll put you down as available ", now they sound like they did the first day you called and ask was there any jobs available. These 3rd party robbers offer no protection for temp workers at all, why, because that temp service has people like you coming in and out their doors everyday! so they feel as if, hey long as we get paid for those we can place, fuck those who never got hired in, look who the company is hiring right now. The account rep who was so nice now all of a sudden is no longer available, no longer returning your calls and all you can think about is all the day's you were on time, how you were there when others didn't show up, how you went in on your day's off for  supervisor you thought was cool, but not cool enough, to get you hired in. You think about all the rides you paid to get you to work, all the buses you had to ride to get to work, only to be " let go ", because you asked when am i getting hired in?
