THIS ASS WIPE, THOUGH HE LOOKS LIKE HE IS OF AFRICAN-AMERICAN DESCENT, HE IS FAR FROM WHAT WE CONSIDER A FRIEND OF HIS OWN COMMUNITY. IT WAS THIS ASS WHOLE WHO VOTED ALMOST 97% OF THE TIME AGAINST PROGRAMS AND INCENTIVES THAT WILL GIVE THE AFRICAN-AMERICAN COMMUNITY IN DETROIT JOB'S, EDUCATION, AND RECREATIONAL OPPORTUNITY'S. IT WAS THIS ASS WIPE WHO TOGETHER WITH, FORMER GOVERNOR OF MICHIGAN JENIFER GRANHOLM, AND CURRENT PRESIDENT OF THE N.A.A.C.P ( DETROIT CHAPTER ) REV WENDELL ANTHONY TO DENY DETROIT VOTERS THE RIGHT TO VOTE FOR THEIR OWN SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS. WHEN THE MILLER CANFIELD CONTRACT WAS BROUGHT BEFORE THE DETROIT CITY COUNCIL FOR APPROVAL, AN APPROVAL THAT WOULD NOT ONLY BE A CONFLICT OF INTEREST, BUT A CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE DETROIT CITY CHARTER, WHEN ADVISED BY KRYSTAL CRITTENDON (THEN DETROIT CITY CORPORATE COUNCIL ) GARY BROWN SAID SO WHAT I AM STILL VOTING TO VIOLATE THE CITY CHARTER AND I CARE NOT THAT THIS IS A CONFLICT, I AM STILL VOTING TO APPROVE THIS CONTRACT.. NOW IT IS WIDELY THOUGHT THROUGH OUT THE GRASS ROOTS COMMUNITY THAT GARY BROWN HAS BEEN BROUGHT AND PAID FOR WHICH NOW WOULD EXPLAIN HIS NEW POSITION AS AIDE TO THE " ILLEGALLY APPOINTED " KEVIN ORR. GARY BROWN WAS VOTED INTO OFFICE AS DETROIT CITY COUNCIL PRO-TEM, WHICH MEANS IN THE ABSENCE OF THE COUNCIL PRESIDENT, MR BROWN WOULD BE THE NEXT TO FILL THAT CHAIR, HOW EVER MR BROWN HAS TOOK A JOB PAYING 250,000 A YEAR FROM " ILLEGALLY APPOINTED " KEVIN ORR. ONE WOULD SAY " WHY WOULD MR ORR ALLOW GARY BROWN TO ABANDON THE JOB THE CITY IS PAYING HIM TO DO ALL TO SERVE HIS PLEASURE, YET " ILLEGALLY APPOINTED " KEVIN ORR THREATENED COUNCIL PRES CHARLES PUGH THAT HE WOULD CUT HIS PAY AND CERTAIN BENEFITS IF CHARLES PUGH DID NOT SHOW UP FOR WORK OR DO THE JOB THE CITY OF DETROIT IS PAYING HIM TO DO. SO I GUESS GARY BROWN HAS TO SHARE THIS AWARD, HOW ABOUT WE CALL THEM " ZIP-COON & SAMBO SHOW ".
There is a deeply ingrained problem in the City of Detroit. Detroiters are not very astute. Who in their right mind would hire someone who showed up a day late for the interview? I guess this would be the same company who would hire a person who sued them for millions actually extorted them out of millions. How can they trust or endorse a man who cannot even keep a calendar and better yet a man with poor advisors. For Detroiters to even consider trying a write campaign is leading the pigs to the slaughter house. They should be concerned with the fact that unemployment in this city is nearly 40%, no one will report this number. Detroit had a lot of self-employed people who were never counted; the true backbone of this community; business owner who were completely wiped out. Those who are employed are so underpaid that they qualify for food stamps. The State of Michigan received million from the lenders who scammed homeowner none of these monies were offered to assist homeowners in saving their home. And to add insult to injury Wayne County foreclosed on over 22k more properties for unpaid taxes that are against the law, THE TAXABLE VALUE CANNOT EXCEED MARKET VALUE. Not one official; activist; community organizer has said a word. The majority of the businesses in Detroit are not Detroit Residents. The Arab-American community in Detroit produces as much as 7.7 billion annually in salaries and earnings. This amounts to more than twice Detroit’s annual budget. All of the revenue earned in Detroit leaves every night never to return. This is Detroit NUMBER 1 ISSUE. You cannot take all their financial resources and expect to work and live in a safe environment. Are they planning to lockup everyone who does not have a job. The 300,000 missing Detroiters did not relocate they were imprisoned, once they are imprisoned they are no longer counted as residents of Detroit. HOW MANY DETROITERS ARE IN PRISON???? There are so many homeless people; city officials all should be ashamed; you HAVE 2 and 3 families living in one house. As long as there is NO ECONMIC OPPORTUNTY; CRIME WILL NEVER BE CONTROLED. NO ONE WANTS TO TALK ABOUT THESE ISSUES.WHEN A PERSON LOSESTHEIR HOUSE FOR $500.00; THERES A REAL BIG PROBLEM HERE. ANY AND EVERYONE WHO HAS WORKED FOR WAYNE COUNTY OR DETROIT HAS NEVER A FRIEND TO DETROIT OR IT’S RESIDENTS AND SHOULD NEVER EVEN BE CONSIDERED FOR THE MAYOR OF DETROIT. IT’S THE SAME AS GARY BROWN NOW WORKING FOR THE EM. Oh, when will you learn Detroiters?

Deleteyour point is well taken. the write in campaign was a good move, mike duggan knows better then to believe that half of detroit can't read, to get a job detroiters will instantly become astute readers and the most proficient in writing. once janice winfrey is un-seated, then the world will see detroits true election picks, gary brown was selected, not elected.
